Tige Fiedor is involved with R&D as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Baseline Inc. His primary focus is to create an automated test framework using Selenium, Python, and JavaScript. These tests are designed to assess the quality of the products Baseline offers to their customers. Tige is also dedicated to mentoring both college and high school interns by helping to prepare them for the professional world.

Prior to 2011 Tige worked as the head of the Baseline Support Team. His focus areas were training both customers and employees, filling the role of tier 3 support, and performing field tests. In field testing, Tige traveled to customer sites to learn the impact of the environment on Baseline’s products and to understand how customers were using product features.

Prior to his time at Baseline, Tige worked for Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in Irrigation Management Services. Tige worked as an automated data collection specialist while he finished his BS degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. His primary focus was to design and maintain both water quality and weather data collection sites.
